Scope of phase 1 has been expanded. Currently reaching out to reporters so they can be briefed and prepared to independently verify the data as soon as phase 1 begins.

Phase 1 will be verified by very trusted people who I am expecting to go on the record to either authenticate or debunk Phase 1.

Phase 0 is slow. Phase 1-3 will happen in quick succession.
