They don't control everything and they definitely don't control bitchute. Instead of adding more fuel to the fire and trying to delete it off youtube and risk the video getting more viewers, they are letting it run for now.

So at the risk of exposing themselves and bringing more attention to their secrets, they're letting a video stays up that exposes them brings attention to their secrets? What if the video is still up in a year? 2 years? How long would they want a video that completely exposes them to be available for anyone to see?
Also I looked it up, the Bitchute upload was published 2 days before the Youtube re-upload.

Again, it doesn't matter if they delete it off youtube now. It's out there on Bitchute and other platforms they don't currently control.
If they censor it more on youtube now it will draw more people to watch and share the video on other platforms.
