Larger numbers of minorities are unvaxxed compared to white pop. so forbidding them entrance without proof of 💉 will be seen by them as racism pushed by Democrats. Republican governors are standing against 💉passports. It’s a no win- win for the cabal.

Yup. Exempting them could also be seen as equating to "not caring" about their health, "letting them die" ir 'killing" them.
