Fact: The new 'tracking system' requires the user to submit to an alcohol test before their vehicle can start. Theory: The new 'tracking system' will also require the user to submit to a covid test before their vehicle can start. (Bill Gates & Soros new test system). The system will also sync to your cell phone and upload all your personal data. If you test positive for any right wing 'extremism' or 'covid' off to the camps you go.
