You can either 1) click your mouse on the image and then drag it so it gets bigger and more legible 2) open image in a new tab and then zoom in 3) downlkoad the image and open in your image viewer.
Either method invoves horizontal scrolling as it's a big image. I used to do 2) until I accidentally discovered 1) and now that's my method of choice. However, that is on a laptop don't know how it would work on mobile.
Edit: 1) probably not suitable for this image as no scrollbar appears on the bottom (sidebar also interferes with viewing the rest of it) . 2) or 3) is your best method.
#2 is always my #1. When you're in a new window you click once and it expands and then you can use your arrow keys to navigate and read/look at images.

Just add/save the photo to your library, then open it in photos, zoom in and happy reading fren…
I copy the pic then open it in paint. If I still can't read it, I will make it bigger.
