TBL has been working on this project for some time. He has to have excellent physical security as he is literally creating an alternative to SkyNet (even though he was the original creator of SkyNet!) and is clearly more than capable of handling his own cyber security. He is a sci-fi hero living in and selflessly improving the real world. And evidently, as far as we know, incorruptible.
