I believe he is stating correctly that they are using the vaccine passports as a test run for the eventual mark of the beast rollout (I agree). He concurs that the vax is not the mark (I agree).

I'm not convinced you are including in your definition scope of what a contract is all the things that are a contract.

In today's world, your marriage license is a contract, your drivers license is a contract, and the vaccine release for which they obtain your signature of consent is a contract.
