I I made an oath to refuse to wear a mask; period. I played along last year for my jobsake, but not another day will i tolerate it. I fully see now this never ends until we ourselves stop tolerating it with complete veracity and conviction. Not at my job. Not for food. Nowhere. Frens, i could use godly council in this. I live in Virginia but on the east coast so i have to cross a bridge just to go to the dentist as it is. I've been worn down by this because I realize the severity of not having dental treatment in the long run. I can't predict how long this mask fiasco will go on but i made a vow not to play along anymore. My words mean nothing if I cave in now. I pray the Father gives me strength in the Holy Spirit to be obedient to this no matter the cost. In Jesus name, amen.
If anyone knows a dentist near the east coast of Virginia, preferably tge Southern end, not playing along with this garbage, please help.
God bless you all with the Holy Spirit, in Jesus name, amen.
Another thing that would benefit...buy a bottle of food grade hydrogen peroxide and spray a couple of squirts in your mouth every day.
I will add that to my regimen. Thank you and God bless you immensely with the Holy Spirit, in Jesus name amen
Clove oil is great for pain & if you think you have an infection, I can vouch for fish antibiotics as well. I have avoided the dentist many times by treating myself from home!
The main reason we go is to remove tartar and plaque so if there is a home remedy for that then I'm down.
This bears repeating til the cows come home
Everyone thinking they can adequately clean under the gumline and prevent gingivitis and eventual periodontitis is seriously spectacularly deluded. Start reading up and saving up now for your oral surgery and dentures or dental implants, because you're going to need them.
Then I 2nd the electric toothbrush. I have a fear of teeth cleaning and every time I go they find hundreds of dollars of work to do. I do what I can from home & basically see the dentist when I can't fix the issue myself. Electric toothbrush, coconut oil pulling, clove oil for pain, fish antibiotics for infection. I haven't done so but I believe baking soda is good for tartar along with peroxide like another person mentioned.
Dunno if this will help, but feel free to give it a go... I just went to a dentist recently for the first time in about twelve years. She did a super-quick cleaning and said I was good to go, because there was almost no tartar or plaque there to remove, and she was thrilled at how healthy my gums were! (I was gobsmacked myself to hear this.)
Two things I've been doing for awhile now: using Tom's of Main FLUORIDE-FREE whitening toothpaste -- sweetened with XYLITOL -- and occasionally using a dampened toothpick to rub away some of the plaque-y film gently from the surface of my teeth.
Apparently that Xylitol (you can also find it in sugar-free gum like Orbit) has the effect of neutralizing plaque build-up, and with that plus the gentle rubbing from the softened wet toothpick (like the old-timers supposedly used frayed twigs), it seems to have worked out great. Just be careful of splinters. ;) Good luck!
I use a sewing needle to get the plaque off my bottom teeth! Less for the hygienist to pick and scrape lol :P
I used charcoal for a gum infection at the tooth level. I bought a bottle of charcoal capsules you can get in a vitamin supplement store. I opened the capsule mixed it into a paste with water and put it in a piece of gauze then put it against the infection and kept it there for an hour or longer at a time. It's good for drawing out infection similar to Prid salve.
I did not realize it would pull out the infection! Man I'm learning a LOT today!
How can there be +0 and -0 points when you automatically get one point just for posting
Strange that is.
And there it is again.
Before you mess with food grade hydrogen peroxide, you need to read up on handling procedures and how to dilute it. You will need to reduce it from 33% concentration to 2-3% concentration.
