It could be,I know something fell I figured the woman that was holding her arm probably dropped a cuff key but only they know for sure what happened all we can do speculate and hope that the monster was arrested.

You can hear something metal drop when they start to move her.
Her knee buckled because she was scared. The metal you her is actually from the key they dropped to open the handcuffs.
I seen this many times from a different angle also. I never been so happy when I figured this out and so happy she was scared!
