The "military" has been involved since Space Force was created by Trump. This is a war that is being fought without shooting. I think a small portion of the military has been on it since GHWB whacked JFK, at least trying to figure out a plan. Might have had the turn around with Reagan, but then GHWB tried to whack him too.

As for the Bush's, I meant "senior" George Herbert Walker Bush = GHWB is senior, GWB is junior.
