I'm convinced that it's like turning a stampede. If anyone in the middle of the herd makes a full stop, it doesn't matter how smart or able or awake they are, they'll be run over regardless. So bit by bit, the military is using counter-insurgency and propaganda to do two things: 1) to slow down the herd and peel off one sector at a time by waking them up, and 2) to selectively neutralize the agitators behind the scenes. That way when the reveal happens, less people are caught up in the mess, with more people heading in the right direction towards freedom. Perhaps too metaphorical, but that's how I think of it.
What they are waiting for, no clue. But I do know that revealing today will have far less chaos than if they did it last November or this January.
Could be all kind of things. I imagine Biden publicly inviting UN or foreign troops in to force injections or lockdowns. Or something that demonstrates Biden is using force against citizens, like suppressing the audit information after it becomes well-known. But it's a big menu to choose from.
