We already have #2. They publish it. Giving Pakistan millions in order to do a gender studies...are you kidding me. If that doesn't scream "millions given to corrupt Pakistan politicians" I don't know what does.
Do we get a receipt and proof for the the studies that they are doing? Do we get status reports, confirmation of expenses, I bet not. That money is going directly into someone's pocket. And we never see it again.
The American public ought to go and rip them to pieces over the last few bills that they have put out alone.
Imagine people have been scraping by, barely making their bills, losing their homes, denying their families for YEARS.
We have already seen that they are GIVING our money away to museums with huge endowments that are not even open enough hours for people to really visit.
