Sorry, typo. Meant to say Omae Wa short for Omae Wa Mou Shindeiru an expression from an anime meaning "you are already dead."

Kind of...in Japanese omae is a second person pronoun and wa is basically the equivalent of the word "is/are." So it's just a disrespectful way of referring to someone. It's famous online from お前はもうしんでる but it's a really common way of referring to people apart from the "already dead" part.
