Any Law enforcement/elected/or appointed person of City, County, State or Federal that enforces Unconstitutional laws should be fired with prejudice. It is a violation of their Oath. One of the new laws that must come out of this is severe legal punishment for anyone holding a public office or role of authority that violates their Oath. It needs to be a Zero Tolerance law. This will help prevent tyrants and fascists from succeeding in a position of Public Trust. Safety mechanisms to prevent Deep State bullshit from ever happening again.
There is U.s. code That govern this very thing for both civilians who enforce laws and for the officials who abuse the authority of their office. Fines for individuals start at 1 million, corporations 100 mil. If we can learn to be correct in our writing, we can challenge all of this Nd win.
It's a thought, but this admin and a lot of judges are going to have to be replaced to get it to go anywhere. Our entire legal system needs to be revamped. No more quibbling about the letter of the law, no more fancy latin terminology. Literally make laws clear and concise with a sample explanation of what the law is intended to do. Every law should be reviewed every 20 years or so to make sure it is valid.
