It wasn't gonna be a video at 7, it was a big announcement, but with this sudden raid on this Witness, they are delaying the announcement for security reasons

Possibly legal reasons too. A judge could put a gag on her and a gag on t he fact that he did so. So she would simply say almost nothing.
