But.... how many pillows have a 15 year warranty? That's where the difference is made. It's like buying a nikon scope and a vortex scope. Nikon you'll save some money for a decent scope, vortex you pay more but you have a lifetime warranty no receipt needed. If they can't fix it they replace it for free. If they don't make that product anymore they give you the next best one.
Nothing wrong with Mike, his company, his warranty, etc.
I just don't need a 15-year or even lifetime warranty on something I can't use.
I know I'm not the only person unable to use his pillow. It's OK, I got me a good one, and he got him a million other customers. Win-win on the .win!
True true. Not everyone's body is the same. I happen to really like mine so it was easily worth the money. I did notice a big difference when I switched from a looser fitting pillowcase to a very tight fitting pillowcase. It holds its form a lot better.
