Detention = Arrest....
Custody = Arrest....
Holding = Arrest.... Keeping Safe = Arrest....
Traffic Stop = Arrest.... Stop and Search = Arrest....

ALL of these things have been verified by the U.S. Supremes..... That the Texas House does not place their Runaways into a JAIL, nor did they give permission to go wherever they can find them..... I find THAT part to be SUS.....
