If Arizona decertifies, Biden is no longer the president of the UNITED States.

He becomes a walking constitutional crisis.

Decertification needs to happen as soon as possible.

AZ would decertify their votes for Biden because they discovered Trump won their state. I’m assuming, they would then certify their votes for President Trump. So all states would be certified except for a small window during the procedure.
