It has NOTHING to do with infrastructure.

Quietly tucking unrelated laws into bills just to get unpopular stuff passed through is why people hate DC politicians.

No, it was for taxation purposes and if the bill is interpreted in the wrong way by lawmakers they could even cripple crypto innovation in the US.
