It has NOTHING to do with infrastructure.

Quietly tucking unrelated laws into bills just to get unpopular stuff passed through is why people hate DC politicians.

I WANT A BREVITY LAW. EVERY LAW MUST BE FEWER THAN 5 FUCKING PAGES. AND IT IS RETROACTIVE. EACH PROVISION MUST BE VOTED ON SEPARATELY.
