BTC is 100% transparent and traceable. It's a double edged sword. Good for auditing but bad for privacy.

Yeah, over an unrelated charge, something about an accusation of fraud by some former colleagues in South Africa. He'll also stepped down as lead maintainer for monero.
How did that pan out for Assange? What will the effect of this be on other devs? You can't just shrug these things off, they do matter.
What does Assange have to do with it? I'm not aware of the link there, but also the general reaction of the monero community was that its a frivolous charge that's not gonna go anywhere.
