What Dr Shiva explained about the way the government got a non-profit to tell Twitter to shutdown Dr Shiva is similar to the way the climate hoax was also implemented.
The government would ask the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to finance a third party to raise an environmental issue. That issue would be raised with the EPA and would most likely be taken to court. The EPA could then go to the government and say "we have a problem". That would give the government a reason to do what they wanted to do in the first place! Needless to say, the people pay for everything!!
