The Brownshirts (Sicherheitsdienst, or SD) were a domestic paramilitary Nazi organization in Germany, through the 1920s. They were disbanded permanently (with prejudice) after Hitler came to power in 1933. I have never heard of the SD existing in any other country. It would have made no sense, since their purpose was to affect German internal politics.

The Wehrmacht was simply the German Army, NOT a Nazi organization. People have a common, but mistaken, idea that everything German was "Nazi." Since Austria had been taken into the Third Reich, it would follow that Austrians would have joined the Wehrmacht in the prosecution of World War II.
