A hockey buddy of mine said his wife (a teacher) believes you can get covid from the air outside. So she makes everyone in the fam wear a mask outside now but has eased up on wearing them inside.

That's pure madness. Even aside from Covid craziness, that's... that's not how respiratory diseases work. Your risk of spreading anything is going to be greater when "sharing air" indoors.

Ugh and then I happened to go on The Weather channel last night because there’s a potential hurricane and the flu is moderate to high in my area. Type A influenza. But where is the news? It’s really bad according to their graphs in many parts of Florida. But the news says it’s covid. No it isn’t. It’s the flu that is making people sick right now. Because this is our winter in Florida.
It's really unfortunate that no piece of information coming out of Florida can be trusted. Tons of people would gladly lie to put the shiv in DeSantis before 2024.
The media is as ever, infuriating. Of course respiratory infections are spreading in Florida and the rest of the south; most people are inside together where the AC is! In the winter everyone on the news will be shocked, shocked that for some reason now there are respiratory disease problems in the northern states instead. Shocked.
The local news is even worse than National. It’s unreal. Nobody paid attention to the fact Florida always has a surge in respiratory illness this time of year. The testing sites are supposedly overrun with people. I wouldn’t know, never got tested but I keep asking people- “what happened to colds and flu?” Were they miraculously cured? They look at me blankly.
DeSantis promised he wouldn’t lock us down again. That masks wouldn’t be mandated again. I know he knows the so-called “cases” will start dropping once we emerge from the “winter” down here and start enjoying cooler weather. He’s just got to hold on a few more weeks.
I drink bottled water exclusively and filter for cooking. But when I was in the Marine Corps, in CA our water gave us heartburn. My dad was at Camp Lejeune and they verified the water was toxic during the 80’s. So you wonder what’s in it, really. Or is it just social media? But I know plenty of people who use social media who are red pilled so that isn’t it completely. I just don’t get it. How can people be so ignorant?
Like the masks in Florida. No mandate but just over the past week I’ve noticed we’ve gone (Tampa) to probably 95% masks in public places I’ve been. Post office yesterday-I was the only one without. No flak, but it was like the first plandemic. It depressed me so much that instead of getting my other errands done, I just went home. You’d think by now some research would have been done and they’d realize they’re all walking around in a state of hypoxia with bacteria etc strapped to their faces. And they stop nothing.
Reverse osmosis has ruined all other water for me.
I know a lot of people who love Berkey filters, but I have one and RO water is hands down better.
And people will probably complain at me that I didn’t prime the filters correctly or whatever. I have. I did everything they said. I’ve replaced the filters several times. I use Berkey for cooking and emergency water, but RO is best.
I understand the concept that you're trying to get at. And understanding that is probably all fake and fictitious. What would be the chance of that statement being true. Aerosolized and seeded? Not quite ready to put the tinfoil hat on just yet LOL. But I do not put it past them in any way shape or form.

Teachers are the most programmed people there are. I should know I just retired early this year.Why? Because I told them last December our Nazi governor would mandate state employees have to be vaxed to keep their job. They said I was crazy, well Wa. States, do do head, just stated that. By the way I will not get a pension from the state For awhile, I am too young at 63. I only did 12 years for them anyway,but I thought the kids were being programed .
