I havn't been on greatawakening for a while and just started looking at it again the last two days and I am seriously getting physically sick to my stomach with the shit im reading in comments from people. Unpopular opinion but, Dershowitz is the best thing for this case. He is a democrat but he is a staunch defender of the constitution. He believes in free speech and agreed to help Mike because he believes that this violates the first amendment. I know his past is a bit shady but let’s wait and see what happens.
He is one of the few democrats that I respect and will listen too because if nothing else, he knows the law better than just about anybody and while I don’t always agree with him, I pay attention when he speaks. The fact he was willing to put himself in the same sentence with Mike is a great thing for other democrats to see.

He wrote an excellent book called Guilt by Accusation. He is known to be a very good constitutional lawyer. He spoke on behalf of DJT in the first impeachment. I think he is an example of how not everything is black and white. There are Grey areas. Making snap judgements is not what we want to do we want to gather facts and make decisions that are researched and based on those facts.
Unfortunately, He is right about public health taking precedence and there have been cases that set that precedent. But he does say if the disease coming from you is threatening others. I think they will not be able to prove that my not being vaccinated is a threat to society when the jab is a bigger threat to my health. Since they have played games with the process by getting EUA when there were treatments. I think this will be a long argument. Nothing is settled.
