There were no dissents. Call me crazy, but there is something far more larger at play. The Supreme court is being very selective on what they are accepting to review. My guess is they are only reviewing cases that are not currently under purview by the military, or cases that already have a determined outcome. Think Martial Law. What is the Supreme Courts authority during Martial Law?
