Hey glad to see ya on here bc my dad lived in and around Destin for the past 40 years till his death a few years ago and my fams thinking of moving back to escape the Commie control in Chicago. The thing is, what’s the housing situation like down there? Asking bc I’m worried that there aren’t many homes left since I’d imagine so many people are doing the same. Also my husband sells cars (Land Rover), any idea how the market is in that neck of the woods, irregardless of the chip situation? Like do the lots down there still have plenty of cars or….?
