None IMHO.

He has an ongoing, well-established habit of creative or "improper" capitalization, rendering common nouns as proper ones for emphasis. Makes the editor in me climb the wall, til I remind myself it's Trump, so we should be glad we HAVE the wall. Kek

Yeah I noticed that, they shouldn't be capitalized. So we have capital A, B, C and D lined up. But what that means and who it's intended for eludes me.
