Trump's still Commander in Chief and I believe he's still President of the US. Devolution is ongoing and will be revealed on their schedule and when circumstances allow. Like most everyone I whish they'd hurry up with it.

If biden is commander in chief why does his aircraft never bear call sign Air Force 1? Do we think joe doesn't care about riding around as AF1 and commander in chief?

That I doubt.
