That county was caught using the same corrupted software and machine systems that the rest of the country is using. This is a pre-emptive move to remove these machines and tell everyone the problem is fixed. The SOS knows she is caught and is trying to defect attention and look like she's for election integrity. This is nothing more than Demtard fuckery to confuse the issues.
