I think it will be on the high end of that range, or even higher, at first. So many people are brainwashed. However, I don't think the ones that won't snap out of it will resort to terrorism. When the Japanese lost WWII, many of them turned atheist ... the emperor losing a war meant that anything they believed in was a lie and they turned their back on all of that. Some committed suicide. I think you'll see the same thing happen to many of these true believers in communism ... its their religion. I think the ones that make it through all of it will pretty much give up.
Also, many of these Antifa types and their partners in academia would go into hiding if they knew we'd be able to fight back w/o having our lives destroyed by the media and our courts. Right now, they know they can get away with anything. We are mostly handcuffed (by choice) at this time and they know that. Cut off their funding, comms, and leadership, and they'll just be harmless, pissed off wannabe tyrants living in their parent's basement hiding from everyone. Moreover, if we have a free and fair media, they won't know what they're supposed to be thinking.
Those in academia that are true believers are going to lose the jobs that give them a comfortable lifestyle ... there is no way there is an awakening where the public continues to fund state colleges and universities that have absolutely worthless programs. That's all but the end of them. They have no skills save the ability to do menial work. They'll be as tired and miserable as taxpayers are now with absolutely no way out of that grind. They won't have it in them to play revolution anymore.
The ones that would scare me are the ones in the military and on police forces. Those kinds of people could do some genuine harm ... I don't think they have great numbers though, and I highly doubt they're organized.
That number seems too small for the amount of demoralized degenerates who will absolutely despise what is coming. It's the fall of Babylon, and holy shit they are going to be kicking and screaming. I can't wait till mindgeek the umbrella company for all the porn sites comes crashing down. The degenerates will turn to social media in order to get together for their regularly scheduled orgies. There they will try to fuck their way back to happiness.
While I agree in principle, I would caution not to fall prey to cynicism. Not everyone who is a "degenerate" wants to be so. Many are the victims of loss of hope, riders in the front seat of a world gone mad, and hope can be restored if done properly. Hell, just look at Mike Lindell, for instance.
I know many people who were substance abusers, addicted to porn, promiscuous and overall "degenerate", who have turned toward the MAGA movement and found God as a result of seeing the truth laid bare before them. The option of a way off this hellish rollercoaster.
