I thought long and hard about why it was necessary for Q to put out this information to the public ahead of time, potentially endangering OPSEC. Wouldn't it have been easier to beat the cabal if they had been left completely in the dark about the danger? And there is only one reason I could come up with. We are Normandy. In all previous iterations of military seizing power from a "duly elected" regime, there has been violent upheaval and the need for post hoc re-education or "cultural revolution". When a society is unmoored from it's grounding, when they are told to believe in a new reality, they reject it at first. It is a normal psychological response, and that rejection often manifests violently.
Think of how you likely felt the first time you began questioning the overarching narrative. Think of the weight of realizing just how much of what we have been told is false. Did you suffer stress and anxiety as you reconciled the cognitive dissonance? Did you seek out narratives trying to undermine the new and painful ones you were coming to believe, trying to take the blue pill and go back into the matrix?
I know I did. Until I came to realize that what at first seemed like the fever dreams of a madman made more logical sense than the reality I was holding on to. The more context I added, the more undeniable it came to be.
Anyway, I think Q understood through study of history that they would need a sizeable portion of the populace to have already gone through this psychological turmoil and to have emerged out the other side to alleviate the post-transition violence. We took the beachhead so they could land more troops safely. We are the calm in the eye of the storm. We attest to the movement's credibility. We are the transition team.
Things are going to get a lot worse before they get better. Just stay grounded, and be ready to help people as they seek out stability.

But 9(a)(1) is a notification "upon appointing a Special Counsel" and the first page of his letter says the Special Counsel was appointed in May, 2019. The letter "tolling" notification is dated October 19, 2020.
So was he saying he was appointing the Special Counsel to look into something in addition to what he was looking into per the prior appointment? And could that extra something be election interference, given the need to toll the report regarding the nature of the appointment until after Nov. 3?
