Don’t refuse to take the vaccine, make them sign something saying they can guarantee the vaccine is 100 % safe and you will have no side effects and if you do they will be 100% liable. Once they sign your form you will take the vaccine. No will sign this.
Then if they refuse, make them fire you and don’t sign anything unless it says you are being fired for refusing the vaccine. Then at least you have a chance at a lawsuit. If you quit, you get nothing.

What if they call the bluff? Or would you genuinely take it if they accepted liability?
Edit: And is it really worth it if they could just get a handful of doctors and lawyers to say your health issues were not caused by the vaccine? They are going out of their way to deny that the vaccine is the cause of people's side effects already.
I'd recommend feeling out the office for similar minded people so you can coordinate as a group. A sizeable chunk of people quitting can be hard to deal with and may make them think twice.
