It would make sense think about it.

1. They swooped in and helped Haiti the last time there was a major disaster. They swelled their pockets with pedo money.

2. They will do it this time. We've been destroying their networks. They're frantically scrambling to rebuild and make their money back.

3. Now that we know how they operate it's a matter of following them while they're there and busting them.
