Actually in person, that may be the best response to any "you should take the jab" talk. Don't attack, don't defend, don't start slinging scientific studies, just ask them what's in it. Out of pure innocent curiosity.
I doubt I know anyone who can answer that question on the fly without sounding ignorant.
Questions work better than statements. Statements can be denied. Questions force the other persons brain to turn some wheels. They may even end up using a search engine and doing their own research into it one day.
