Nothing more "anarchist" and "punk rock" than marching on behalf of the state and trying to enforce mandates

Reminds me of this guy I knew in the 9th grade. That would have been mid 80s in Oconee County High School(GA). He used to randomly scream "Anarchist Unite". I'm truly not sure if he knew how silly it was to say that, but he said it a lot... like every day at least once.
