I believe they have the p-caps and what I heard was that someone tried to sabotage the data, possibly Josh Merritt. They got caught.

If they caught someone trying to inject a "poison pill" into the data so that the DS can discredit them, I'm pretty sure they will want to check the data again before releasing it.

Makes sense doesn't it?
