Actually, yes they did. Along with 12 other terror orgs.

But, I will agree that we have no business being there, should never have invaded the country, and should leave it to let the Afghani People decide who they want ruling over them.

If they want the Taliban ruling over them, fine. We need our troops over back home, for what's about to happen here will most assuredly require our military's help.
