There has to be an antidote. HCQ, Ivermectin, etc.

Prob they would have to take them for rest of lives. As an immunosuppressant to keep their immune responses from going hyper and killing them.

Also ivermectin has some anti inflammatory effect so that may help against a hyper immune response.

I am not doctor so YMMV
