Question about devolution

I am wondering once devolution is put into place, will that mean the military will begin taking over every news media outlet to dish the truth out little by little? And also mean a vaccine to counteract the damage caused by the toxic COVID vaccines will be come out eventually after?

Well, in my experience with Devolution in the past, I have NFC.

Unless you're in "the circle" you know about as much as the rest of us by reading Devolution.
