I am wondering once devolution is put into place, will that mean the military will begin taking over every news media outlet to dish the truth out little by little? And also mean a vaccine to counteract the damage caused by the toxic COVID vaccines will be come out eventually after?

Media will be classified as a "public utility" and taken over by the government. This will allow the truth to finally be presented in a propaganda free environment.
Absolutely no idea what will be done about the clot shot. People may be forced to bear the cost of their bad choices. Based on the statements by Dr. Zelenko the antibody dependent enhancement is controllable if you catch any infections early enough and treat them. People may simply have to live out their days with compromised immune systems.

Devolution has been in place for some time. Research the COG. Continuity Of Government Plan. Also when Trump Declared our National Emergency for Covid, the process for Devolution from the COG was put into clear motion. But I think the underpinnings of Devolution started the day Trump was sworn in. Not sure how correct or close that is.
News media outlets will dissappear. My guess is emergency broadcast with non stop facts running. As for the jab i hope they have some countermeasures, but I doubt it. We are at war, and sacrifices must be made.
Speaking of EBS, what is the deal with the testing last week? My daughter (with I-Phone) got it but no one else I know did. She said she had to opt in. My phone didn't have that option.
Verizon tech was clueless when I went in to ask why my Android didn't get it. But he did say that NONE of their phones got it b/c all display phones were on and enabled and they get over 20 phones with Amber alerts all the time.
