ever been in a very deep flood with a current? I have. You will have the doors and windows open in your house because of all the moisture, snakes and all kinds of things will get in.

Well you got me there, I've never been in a flood.

But I've also never seen where people say that the various stuff washing by in the flood as floating through their homes.

I'm not refuting this, I just found the wording odd is all.

I've been flooded a few times. If there's a current you open the doors so water can enter and leave without tearing down walls. The current can also take your doors away
