Something to think about. I remember many times Drs saying this!

You are absolutely right about that. There are so many resources to research in this regard, too. But also I think about stories my family has told me, on both mom's and dad's side - mom lived through WW2 as a child in Europe, and as a result, doctors were few and far between. They had no choice but to find natural remedies for when they were sick and injured - and they didn't have the luxury of the internet to figure it all out. On dad's side, he and my aunt grew up in a small village in Yugoslavia so they were lacking in skilled medical care as well. My aunt told me about having had an infection in her thumb - a hangnail gone wrong or something, not sure how it got infected, but there she was. She chopped an onion in half and baked it until it was translucent. Then once it cooled to where it wouldn't burn her, she stuck her thumb in that onion and left it there for a while, and it drew out all the infection. I've cured upper respiratory infections with raw garlic - which is hard to take, but works. Fresh ginger is known to reduce migraines. Apple cider vinegar is host to a whole array of health benefits. God put everything we need on the earth, it's there for our use if we know what to do with it! :)
Beautifully written examples. This is the road ahead, mirroring the road left behind 👍🏽
