Do you really want to move? If not, stay and refuse. Doesn't matter what cuomo wants. What do YOU want? It's shocking how many people do not understand their rights under our US Constitution. No matter what anyone tells you, no matter what your governor or boss or school or whatever wants, requires, mandates, demands, etc., they don't get to make you take an experimental drug you don't want to take. Period. End of discussion. Look to the US Constitution - amendments 9 and 14 section 1 for proof. Good luck whatever you decide to do.
Don’t feel like the constitution matters anymore tbh.. I’ll be fired after the the date of vax requirement for sure as I’m in healthcare ... and I intent to stay at my job until I’m told not to return …. Then I’m going to take what lil money I have and hope to find a job in my field that doesn’t require it somewhere new
I agree. They crapped all over the constitution to allow this election to be stolen. We are a communist country right now. Until this election is thrown out. Otherwise I have zero confidence in our future. And I'm sorry about your situation. I'm in nyc also and ready to jump ship as soon as my retirement hits in a few years or I get a better offer. I am looking at either Florida or Texas but leaning towards Florida. Not sure where in Florida yet. Definitely in a red area but definitely not near my ex. Kek.
Of COURSE the constitution matters. It is the supreme law of our land. It's really the only thing that matters when it comes down to it. Just because corrupt 'officials' and politicians ignore it and dumb citizens act like they don't know what it is, doesn't mean it doesn't matter. It HAS to matter or we don't have a republic. But you do you.
