Here are a couple of links for the Right to Try act . If I'm not mistaken, there are clinical trials on both Ivermectin and Hydroxychloroquine, which would satisfy the basic requirement for the drugs.

The first link is to the PDF (updated as of March, 2021); the second is an analysis from U.S. Pharmacist. I haven't read either in detail, but wanted to get this info to you in case it's a potential option.
