Have Trump become speaker of the house, because there's no rule saying the speaker has to be a representative. Then impeach Biden and somehow get Kamala at the same time

Are we trying to outdo the democrat script writers in coming up with the most absurd, outlandishly farfetched, utterly ridiculous storyline possible?
