Avoiding added sugar is always a good idea! There are certain healthy foods that help you lose weight. A few of them are grapefruit and zucchini. I'm not a big fan of grapefruit because of the bitterness, but I found if you cut up some mango with it, take all the white skin off the grapefruit (where most of the bitter comes from), and eat them together in the same bite, it takes on a whole new taste and it's really good. With zucchini, if you spray it with oil, season it with salt, pepper and garlic powder, then throw it on the grill, it's good with rice. I lost just over 20 pounds earlier this year, was on my way to 300# and had very low energy. I ate a LOT of salads, making sure each one had lots of flavorful veggies in it, even raisins (for iron) and mandarin oranges (which I never thought would work together - but they really do). If you find ways to get lots of flavor in otherwise low fat foods, your appetite is satiated more and you are not left feeling as hungry. It's a great way to change your eating habits for the better without the process sucking so bad. Take care of yourself! :) I'm still working at it, I know it's hard. But it's so worth it.

The reality is we do not have to eat less food. Everyone eats between 3 and 4 lbs of food a day. (look it up on google) Skinny, fat, and everything in between.

I took ivermectin every 2 weeks for 4 months and while it helped a lot it isn’t a cure all...
Someone here lead me onto Dr. Hulda Clark and her detoxes. She has a bowel cleanse, parasite cleanse, mop up cleaning for hard to kill parasites and then a kidney, liver and heavy metals detox that I will be completing in the proper order.
My journey is starting with Ivermectin specifically because it took so long to convince me. I hope to add some personal experience to the community. Thank you fir your input, I will eventually do more to detox.

There have been a lot of questions. I thought I would give an update of my first dose, side effects (if any), and any other thoughts. 1) I took the dose for a 350# person as shown on the plunger. 2) I ate about 4 hours before taking it, and had one brat one hour after taking it.
It vaguely tasted like apples (weak flavor). It looked a littlr like KY Jelly, and it easily fit on a spoon.
First real update - 2:42 hours since I took this. No uoset stomach, no poor feeling, and I have been doing yard work. I an also smoking pork loin in my smoker. I feel normal right now.

I am using this as a baseline. If my fat cells are not singing when they are done, I'll know my appetite is gone :)
