Your consent is given through being part of the system. Register to vote. Drivers license. Birth Certificate. When you check the box "US Citizen".

All these things are contracts. When you become a US Citizen you agree to being a Citizen of the Plenary Oligarchy that is the government in Washington DC. Only American state nationals have constitutional rights. Only they are promised Article III courts. Only they are free Americans.
