With Kamala as president, the Senate will be 50/50 with no tie breaking vote. At least 1 Republican must approve of any VP appointment. Even the RINO's will never approve Clinton as VP. There is no chance of that happening.
No one has to approve a VP, the current VP picks the new VP...I looked it up yesterday. I also think Clinton.
Both houses of Congress have to approve the VP. Read the 25th amendment.

Any vacancy of the VP office automatically falls under the 25th amendment. There is no other option.
