It's not a 2x2 square, that would be 4 square feet... It's more than 2 square feet per person and you can literally see that reflected in the photo. It doesn't matter how you "feel" about it. Not sure what you're trying to get at.. This is basic
My point is that 2x2 would seem plausible, but still tight.
2sqft seems unusually tight
It's a little over 2 ft sq per person which lines up with exactly what you see in the photograph. That makes no sense.

You know what, I've been staring at this image for a while now, and I've convinced it's a photoshop. There's so much weird stuff in here. Random lightings, giant people, miniature people, a boy's head poking out from a man's crotch.
Just imagine what it's going to smell like in there by the time that plane lands.

F'king hell how big is the guy in the white dish dash to the back right of the picture when you compare his size to the tiny head of the guy on the floor near his knees! Ok he may be stood on part of the aircraft but even still the perspective is all wrong, there seems to be a lot wrong with this image when looked at closely?
Looking closer, is that somebody levitating on the tail ramp, somehow randomly able to lay across the ramp? Can't quite make out if it's a body or god knows what else?

There's allegedly a voice recording of Air traffic control asking that C17 how many souls on board? The pilot replies "about 800" to which the ATC controller says "Holy fcuk, holy cow"?

They probably didn’t count everybody as they were piling on. The real number was lower than the estimate.
The weight isn’t a problem for a C-17. It’s the floor space. But I bet they were all crammed into areas that are not traditional cargo space, too.
The better question is, where did the white wall, front right, come from?
